Border Patrol's Nascar Pit Crew

Forget the lack of manpower on the border and ignore all those mindless details to other sectors and stations that are understaffed, the Border Patrol now has more important duties for Border Patrol Agents to fulfill. On November 27, 2007, San Diego Sector announced a detail for Border Patrol Agents to serve in the mission-critical role as a member of the pit crew for the Border Patrol sponsored NASCAR race car.

Border Patrol Academy Significantly Shorter Than Other Law Enforcement Academies

As per the Office of Border Patrol, the nineteen week Border Patrol Academy will soon be only eleven weeks long. This announcement should come as no surprise to active Border Patrol Agents who are observing the rapid degradation of the Border Patrol under the direction of Chief David Aguilar. For agents who work in the field, the negative impacts of this shortened Academy are obvious. For those who are running this Agency into the ground, the negative impacts are of no concern because they will continue to promote or advance in their political careers and presumably receive a generous bonus for pushing 6,000 new recruits through the Academy by the end of 2008.

Border Patrol Agents Defend Against Defiant and Aggressive Demonstrators

(Calexico, California)

(NOTICE: The video links included below contain extremely graphic language and caution should be used in opening files in front of family members.)

Border Patrol Agents in Calexico, California were forced to protect fellow agents and themselves against aggressive and defiant demonstrators who refused to move away from the border fence that they were damaging. It is important to note that the violence the agents faced on Sunday was only a small sliver of what they face on a daily basis from illegal aliens, smugglers, and activists like the ones on Sunday.

Border Patrol Chief Aguilar - Honor Last

Chief David Aguilar is recognized as the leader of the "Honor Last" society for numerous reasons, most of which were cited when the National Border Patrol Council announced the vote of "No Confidence":

Chief Aguilar shamelessly promoted a guest worker program as a means to reduce the flow of traffic at the borders. He had the audacity to stand before Border Patrol Agents and accept legislation that would grant guest worker permits to illegal aliens living in the United States. According to Chief Aguilar, why would we [U.S. citizens] stop comprehensive immigration reform just because it addressed four percent of the current U.S. population [illegal aliens].

Honor Last

This section of our blog will be devoted to exposing individuals in the Border Patrol who appear to have forgotten the Border Patrol motto, which is “Honor First”. Individuals who we cite in this section will typically have one thing in common: they place their desire to earn money before everything and everyone else.
